No, unfortunately:
Unplugging/repluging the cable doesn't work, like i said.
The only way is to manually reset by ifconfig(8) down and up the parent
interface em0 , not the vlan interface(s).
In the @current list ; Ian Freislich provided a patch who worked for him
i tested succesfully as well on my box
