After further tests, I noticed that if many cards are available in the machine,
even if the card where the cable is disconnected is unavaible with the message
about the wtachdog, it is still possible to do following things:
1) ifconfig igb0 down
2) reconnect the cable to igb1
The card igb1 is functionnal and the display of the messages disappear.
As soon as the command "ifconfig igb0 up" is passed, the error messages are
displayed again. A full reboot correct the problem.
