Hi, I believe I am also affected by this bug in FreeBSD-12.0-RELEASE-p3.

When uploading/downloading at the same time, em0 loses speed and will
eventually restart with:

    vendor     = 'Intel Corporation'
    device     = '82579V Gigabit Network Connection'
    class      = network
    subclass   = ethernet

This does not happen when using Linux (ie Debian 9.8).
