I setted dev.ixl.0.iflib.override_ntxqs and dev.ixl.0.iflib.override_nrxqs to
"4" but still can some sysctl like "dev.ixl.0.iflib.txq7.r_drops". Can I change
this sysctl value dynamically or only at boot time?
