explain my test detailly:

Test NICs with suricata netmap if0 -> if0+ in IPS mode: 
em0 => 0 packets captured 0 dropped -> NOT WORKING
igb0 => 0 packets captured 0 dropped -> NOT WORKING
ix0 => 0 packets captured 0 dropped -> NOT WORKING
ixl0 => 0 packets captured 0 dropped -> NOT WORKING

CONCLUSION:
According to test results, netmap support fully broken after FreeBSD 11.2-p8.
ixl driver never get worked.
