11.3 tcpdump amd64 linked libs

Hi

I noticed that tcpdump (amd64) for 11.3-release is linked against
additional libs than in 11.2, and also than i386 11.3 .  I noticed after
upgrading from 11.2

Ldd shows these additional libs for amd64 11.3 , anyone know why the
difference ?

        libibverbs.so.1 => /lib/libibverbs.so.1 (0x801831000)
        libmlx5.so.1 => /lib/libmlx5.so.1 (0x801a40000)
        libthr.so.3 => /lib/libthr.so.3 (0x801e6e000)
