Support for ATM bridging (RFC1483/2684) in FreeBSD?

That presentation is about as clear as mud, most are going
to stop reading at "11.2 + 3 months" and not relaize that
there is also the July 26, 2017 + 5 year clause in the 
text 3 paragrphas later in the next section that talks
about the support model.
