DHCP vs. SYNCDHCP in rc.conf

Hmm, works for me! Tested on a Raspberry Pi 2 and 3 (both CURRENT) and a
VM (11.2-RELEASE-p1 and CURRENT). Have you tried to boot with "rc_debug=YES"?
