i.MX7D network interface driver

Hello,

I try to add support for the i.MX7D to the ffec network interface 
driver. Does someone else work on this at the moment? I would like to

* add checksum offload,

* get rid of the m_defrag() in the transmit path, and

* avoid the data move of entire frames in the receive path.
