Some  games are unfortunately just not winnable... Both other  then  that, force splits  and  take  base before anyone reacts. IMO easiest  way to hit  diamond because  you don't really need your  team to do  anything. Other then that just keep winning lane and getting map pressure and you'll eventually  climb when  matchmaking decides  to  stop being  bitchy.
