Hi,

Have a look in sys/dev/usb/net and see if you find any similar devices. 
I think your driver is already supported. You need to:

1) kldload usb_quirk
2) kldload if_ure
3) replug your device and it should attach (FreeBSD-12 at least)

grep -r 8153 /usr/src/sys/dev/usb
