iwn(4) works (mostly) in stable/10; fails to associate in head

That's certainly plausible....  And seeing changes in each of
/etc/network.subr, /etc/rc.subr, and /etc/rc.d/netif between stable/10
and head, it's fairly believeable.  I'll examine it more in the morning
(while I'm running head again).
