Compiling netmap in Ubuntu 14.04 in VMWare

Hi Andreas,

I'm sorry. I redirected the output of make command to a file but forgot to
redirect the error.

This is the error:

I searched in the Makefile but couldn't find the module_install. Also, it
seems like the Makefile contains only the rules for building the modules,
not installing them.
