On 10-stable, an EXPI9301CT Intel Pro/1000 CT PCIe card does not react 
when strings are written to /dev/led/em0.  The card's BIOS menu does not 
show any options to change user control of the LED.

Do some cards not respond to led(4), or is there some other 
configuration that needs to be done to allow it?
