openbgpd / openospf / carp / vlan (on 7.2) trouble

Hi Bjørn!

I also have had troubles with openbdpd few years ago.
All troubles vanished after installing quagga instead of openbgpd.

Well, maybe it's not great solution, but it's workaround.
