Unfortunately, wlan_acl(4) is only useful if one wants to ban users
from the network, which these venues will rarely want to do except
to block an abuser.
Rather, they'll want the equipment to recognize MAC addresses and
grant different degrees of access to them. For example, a user
might be trapped in a "walled garden" until agreeing to an
acceptable use policy, and then redirected -- but only once -- to a
specific Web page, such as the hotel chain's reservation page.
