ifconfig bridge0 without module not work ?

Hi,
I have disabled/removed module on kernel, anyone ok,
but when I create bridge0 :
  ifconfig bridge0 create
  ifconfig: SIOCIFCREATE: Invalid argument
I just added "options BRIDGE" on my kernel conf.
uname -a : 6.2-RELEASE
ok if I add interface manually and bridge work :
  sysctl -w net.link.ether.bridge_cfg=em0,em1
but ifconfig not view bridge0 !
