   this may well be a pilot error on my side, i can very well miss
   something trivial

   i tried something like:

   + mkpeer disc0: netflow lower iface0
   ngctl: send msg: No such file or directory

   and then found this post back in 2000, along with the PR, so i
   haven't looked further
