I have a rather 'simplistic' solution..
I have alterred ipfw 'table' so that you can do
ipfw table 2 add 1.2.3.4/24 2.3.4.5
and you can then use it to do:
ipfw add 300 fwd tablearg from myrouter to table(2) out recv fxp2
