FreeBSD 5.4 - TCP MD5

Wasn't aware that file existed sorry. For future reference if anyone else 
should need to get TCP MD5 Signatures working on 5.x with Quagga the 
correct kernel lines are:

options TCP_SIGNATURE
device          crypto
options FAST_IPSEC
