Problems with gif tunnels

By default non-tun uses protocol 94 which is not compatible with
gif(4) and Linux IPIP, both of which protocol 4.  There is an option
(-p) to tell nos-tun to use protocol 4 but either Gianmarco didn't use
it or there was some other kind of problem.
