unable to load atm_aal.ko

intel 7520 server  platform
hatm0: <FORE HE> mem 0xfce00000-0xfcefffff irq 24 at device 3.0 on pci2 - 
155Mbit/s ATM adapter

while loading atm_llc.ko (netgraph) module an error appears: link_elf: 
symbol m_gethdr undefined

(atm_aal.ko has been installed from pulsar_freebsd_driver.tgz)

the most strange is that this module had been working smoothly and hanged 
while playing with ng_vlan
kernel and atm_aal.ko recompilation could not solve the problem as well as 
reinstallation of reebsd and even change of FORE HE adapter into the other 
one.
