sk ethernet driver: watchdog timeout

Hi,
I have an ASUS motherboard A7V8X-E Deluxe with onboard 10/100/1000 Mbit/s
NIC from Marvell Semiconductor.
My problem is that it sometimes lock up with the error message
sk0: watchdog timeout
The network is gone for a minute or so, then it comes back. It seems to
work better when connected to a gigabit switch than when connected to a 100
Mb/s switch, but it happens in both modes.
Happens on at least two different machines with different cables.
Any ideas? Bad driver? It also cannot use DHCP, dhclient just sits there,
nothing happens. I've read a thread about this.
This is a fresh FreeBSD 4-STABLE system.
Regards,
Palle
