verify, if you have installed the latest version of MPD (3.14), and then
put something like this into mpd.conf:

set radius server your-w2k-server your-shared-secret
set bundle enable radius-auth radius-fallback

for more RADIUS related options take a look at the included
mpd.conf.sample
