ng_ppp: how to send NGM_PPP_SET_CONFIG?

Thanks! I'll try. 
I have looked into mpd some time ago (espcially into RADIUS
and PPPoE parts), but I have missed "ng" device type. It is really
universal and helpful.

May be it'll be necessary to mention in ng_ppp(4), that it can not
act without userland daemon?
