NAT and PPTP

Actually, in his case the PPTP clients are Windows machines
inside the firewall, while the servers are outside and not
under his control. The firewall itself isn't running PPTP.

At least one of the servers is running pptpd + Somers PPP + 
natd. I can connect to it just fine from a machine with a
"real" IP address.
