Hi I have a very strange problem with mpd which I am really not able to
understand.
I copied and adapted the config files from other two working bsd boxes but
I am not able to let them work in this situation.
Could be a problem of the carrier which could block some type of protocols ?
The problem is this on both side:
[vpn] device is now in state DOWN
[vpn] device: OPEN event in state DOWN
bind: Can't assign requested address
[vpn] PPTP call failed
[vpn] device is now in state OPENING
[vpn] device: DOWN event in state OPENING
[vpn] device is now in state DOWN
[vpn] link: DOWN event
[vpn] LCP: Down event
[vpn] device: OPEN event in state DOWN
The common env is this:
FreeBSD box 4.8-STABLE of 10-04-2003
mpd-3.13 cvsupped and compiled yesterday
both the box are behind a zyxel 645 dsl router which is doing a complete
nat from it's public IP to the FreeBSD box.
