VLC port won't find pkg-config on amd64 current Revision: 355771 ports Revision: 520178

I don' know if pkg-config is exactly the same as pkgconf, but there was
a symlink.

Maybe the VLC developers think /usr/bin is the standard directory, or
/usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu ;-)
