The line 365 in multimedia/gstreamer1-plugins/Makefile.common had to changed
from
gst_rtmp_LIB_DEPENDS=   librtmp.so.0:${PORTSDIR}/multimedia/librtmp
to
gst_rtmp_LIB_DEPENDS=   librtmp.so.1:${PORTSDIR}/multimedia/librtmp
