Sorry, I've no idea.  cdda2wav has always worked well for me .. and it 
seemed to have detected all your tracks ok.  Do any later tracks work?

Maybe try the example for debugging, and see if it catches anything?

      cdda2wav -vall cddb=0 -paranoia -B
