Webcam on Lenovo T520

I'm not quite sure how to get webcams working in BSD.  The integrated
webcam on my T520 seems to be listed as a USB device:

ugen0.7: <Integrated Camera Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd.> at usbus0,
cfg=0 md=HOST spd=HIGH (480Mbps) pwr=ON (200mA)

I installed cuse4bsd and webcamd, but nothing seems to let it become a
capture device with vlc nor be available for skype.

Thoughts?
