Hi,

Your device has 2 configurations. Could you run:

usbconfig -d X.Y dump_all_config_desc

Could you also get the snd_uaudio dmesg debug output. I suspect a descriptor 
is missing.

I think the other USB configuration is USB 2.0.

Try also:

usbconfig -d X.Y set_config 1
