 Before anyone think we are busy or ignore these PRs. We aren't. I am  
 planning to touch these PRs when ports tree is complete unfreeze. Right  
 now, it's still thaw.
 
 As for this PR, I will fix (when it's complete unfreeze) that empty  
 directories that aren't supposed to be create.
