Looks ok...

Maybe the changes about MicroTune MT2032 tuners ruined the support
for your card.

Could you try to set the tuner in /boot/loader.conf manually?
  hw.bt848.tuner=1
or so?

If that does not help, you could try to remove the mt2032 stuff
from /sys/dev/bktr/bktr_card.c and recompile your kernel.

Since I asked for the changes for my Pinnacle PCTV Rave card after
R5.3, I am quite interested in solving the problems I might have
caused... :-)
