bt848 configuration difficulties

Try the possible values for these sysctls (listed in the bktr manpage). Start 
with hw.bt848.card, set a value, start a tv application and see if the 
reception changes. If none of the values work, set hw.bt848.card back to -1 
and scan through the possible values for hw.bt848.tuner.

If none of these work, your particular card/tuner is not supported.
