There is a port for freevo in 
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/59047. Not DVB, but at 
least a PVR.

I've been meaning to update it for a while now but am swamped with other 
things. I'd be very happy if someone else would get this into 
commit-ready shape. It may be some weeks before I'll get around to it.
