You have several problems there:

1. Your display depth is way too low (8bpp, that's 256 colors).

2. Your graphics device is an old, MACH64-based Rage Mobility which doesn't 
support X-Video with XFree86's default drivers. You may need to use the 
drivers from GATOS (search the archives of this mailing list for information 
about this).
