Mono 4.2

Hi,

I've updated my local mono to 4.2.1.91 a few days ago and so far,
everything looks good.  4.2.1.102 was released yesterday so I'll give
this a try, but these release seems to be Alpha/Beta releases:
http://www.mono-project.com/download/       4.0.5 SR 5 (4.0.5.1)
http://www.mono-project.com/download/alpha/ 4.2.1 RC2 (4.2.1.102)
http://www.mono-project.com/download/beta/  4.2.1 RC2 (4.2.1.102)

I guess I'll wait a bit before committing 4.2.x, and update to the
latests stable version ASAP.
