www/mod-mono + www/xsp not working properly with "apache2/2.2.14 (FreeBSD)"

Can you please PM me a tarball with this failing example and your
configuration snippet ?  AFAICS, blogengine.net runs smoothly on my
system so I would like to see if this failure is linked to your system,
your configuration, or something else.
