Mono 2.0.1 is in ports

Special thanks to Romain, Florent and Wesley for the upgrade of mono
2.0.1 

Time is already passing and mono 2.4 is getting ready for a public
release.

It introduces two new tests that are currently failing on FreeBSD.

If anyone has any clue or tip about how to fix them, please tell!
