ACPI Attach (acpi_ibm) stops mouse from working

How odd. I can't see why acpi_ibm would effect IRQs in any way.

Are you running with APIC? I am not.

These entries are for a variety of things and some may not be appropriate
or may be built into the kernel. I am running the latest available BIOS.
