th(4), wpa_supplicant, WPA2, Netgear WG302 problem

Maybe more verbose:
   ssid="kitchenlab.org"
   scan_ssid=1
   proto=RSN
   pairwise=CCMP
   key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
   psk="REAL_PSK_REMOVED"

This surpised me. Have you added some mac filtering? Or 
simply it has no more addresses for new laptop?

Also linksys wrt54gl makes wpa(2) and aes. The card is linksys wpc55ag,
5212 chip. 6.2 release, still.
