Dell Inspiron 510m - Will 6.2 or 7.0 work?

For what it's worth, my laptop with the same chipset (ICH4/Montara)
works fine (and has worked since 5.x). It's got a different NIC and
possibly audio, and it's not Dell's. Everything works without tweaking,
including video and ACPI.
