Actually stuff is finally happening but I've been too busy w/ other work
to help.  We hope to get some major infrastructure changes in net80211
done in time to go in 7.x and that will in turn enable vap support.
Unclear whether vap's will make RELENG_7 due to api/abi changes but the
net80211 changes involve rev'ing all the drivers which has always been
the reason the vap work sat in p4.
