There's a T60 listed as working and a couple of T60p (not) at the
revised (but still getting spammed) FLCL site:

One clue may be to load the VESA module, and I assume you'd already
be loading acpi-ibm? FWIW, my T23 on 6.1-R suspend/resume needed:

 acpi_ibm_load="YES"
 vesa_load="YES"

in /boot/loader.conf, and

 hw.syscons.sc_no_suspend_vtswitch=1
 hw.acpi.reset_video=0

in /etc/sysctl.conf.

If you don't get any more helpful responses here I'd suggest reposting
this to freebsd-acpi at freebsd.org, maybe with a sysctl hw.acpi listing.

Cheers, Ian
