Sony VGN-A49GP FreeBSD 6.0 RELEASE dies during install.

Just a follow-up to my problems with FreeBSD 6 and this Sony, for  
anyone else with this machine, or wanting this model. FreeBSD 6.1  
BETA3 seems to install just fine.
