It should be ok now.
For detailed instruction:
cd /usr/src/sys/i386/cpufreq
fetch http://people.FreeBSD.org/~bruno/powernow.c.pending_bit_stuck.diff
patch < powernow.c.pending_bit_stuck.diff
Now if you do have still your
/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/ARABIAN
then:
cd /usr/obj/usr/src/sys/ARABIAN
make
make install
or if you have already removed /usr/obj, then rebuild your kernel via
cd /usr/src
make kernel KERNCONF=ARABIAN
