Best way to load iwi firmware for wpa_supplicant?

Hi Peter

I took the iwi.sh from /usr/local/etc/rc.d, moved it to /etc/rc.d and
added/modified the special rcng tags:
# REQUIRE: mountcritremote
# BEFORE: netif

This makes sure that the firmware is loaded before wpa/dhcp are started
(via netif)
