DesktopBSD (www.desktopbsd.net) has its own small applets.
Besides that I couldnot find anything of use in the ports collection.
I know Gnome has one as well which works very well but this one you're
most propably not interested in.
If you want to use the ones from DesktopBSD, I just wrote simple
instructions for you: http://www.yazzy.org/docs/FreeBSD/desktopbsd/
