Broadcom wireless ndis 64 bit

Since I noticed a bunch of ndis action, I tried again today...

I've tried two versions of Broadcom 64-bit drivers in my Compaq 2310, with the
same bad result from each (this is an improvement; the system used to crash on
kldload'ing the generated file...)

Using the driver found at linuxant.com:
(this one required adding a line to the .inf file describing the 4318)
